Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based on a large commercial estate. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work
  • 4 on, 4 off
  • 7am - 7pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors

  • Up to £48,000

Requirements
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
  • 18th Edition (Desirable)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
